Explanation of Our Seasons

In South Louisiana we live by the seasons. In the early part of the year we prepare for MARDI GRAS. After that is the FRESH WATER SPAWN ( love fried bass). Following this is the SALT WATER SPAWN (love speckled trout). Then next is the SHRIMP SEASON (I really love fried shrimp). Following this is the CRABBING SEASON (you want my wife's crab stew). Then we prepare for ALLIGATOR SEASON. Then we get ready for TEAL SEASON. Following teal season is BOW HUNTING SEASON, then GUN HUNTING SEASON. I can't forget my Turkey (I love my wife's baked Turkey). Then of course CHRISTMAS. Oh I forgot to mention TURKEY SEASON in April.
